He is to all intents and purposes NEW (by which I mean, Never Removed from its Box or played with in any way – because obviously a doll that was released in 1995 cannot technically be considered “new”). He is battery operated, interactive, has speech with sound – at least I assume that he has all these things, his pull string is locked down by the factory awaiting someone else to take it from its NRFB status. I don’t know how these things work so have no idea what the odds are on how well he can talk. I’m pretty sure he’ll need new batteries at the very least! Even though Woody’s voice is activated by a pull-string, his voice is still battery powered. To change the batteries, you’ve got to get him out of the box. His box is in okay to good condition, considering it’s been on a shelf for 26 years now. For sure, t’s aged less than I have during that time! The company says he’s suitable for ages 3 and up.
